Violette is located in Auckland, New Zealand. We ship throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses and Australia.

Please note, for rural deliveries, we are unable to offer a 'signature required' delivery service - to ensure the safe delivery of your goods, please specify in the order notes a safe place to leave your parcel. Please allow an extra two working days for delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES ARE:

• For orders over $95, we offer free delivery.

• Standard delivery fees for one item are:

• Auckland is NZ$6

• North Island $8.00. 

• North Island Rural $12.00.

• South Island $10.00. 

• South Island Rural $15.00

A second item has an additional charge. 

These shipping destinations can be specified at the checkout. Please note that these freight costs only apply to orders under 5kgs.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. If an item is oversized we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.

Violette takes pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. All products are packaged carefully to ensure they reach you safely. You can add any special delivery instructions in notes at checkout.

When items are in stock they ship on the working day following payment clearance unless otherwise stated. Once items have been picked up, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Most parcels arrive within two - five working days. We will always advise if we expect any delay, however we cannot guarantee time frames for rural or international shipping.

International shipping 

For any international orders please send an email along with full delivery instructions, plus the items that you are purchasing, and we will provide a quote for delivery.
Please note that you will be liable for any import duty, customs, local sales tax levied by the country you are shipping to.These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on its arrival in the country. Your order would only be released once full payment is made. 
From my inquiry at NZ Post, any order being sent to Australia, as long as it is under $1,000 is not subject to taxes or duties.

International insurance - it is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise any insurance for products they want covered.
